When you are in your work out regiment...training...weight release journey...whatever you would like to call it, there comes times in your transition that you CANNOT get on that scale and remain in that "happy place". Once your body begins to rid itself of "fat" and the muscle building process truly begins...this happens. You will "look and the scale and see fail" DO NOT set yourself up like that!!!!! Wear those pants that you couldn't a few weeks ago. Put on that dress that now fits. Throw on that blouse that is now too big. You cannot let a number dictate your true accomplishments. The fact that you are "gettin it in" while others are on the couch...in a drive through...just have no desire...you are winning! If yawll know like I do...you better wear your size sexy! Not everyone can be a size 2...it may not look good on you! Be your best you. Be what is sexy to you when you look in the mirror naked! Yep, I said it! NAKED...Naked...Naked! lmbo! You are the only one who absolutely has to look at you and like it! Wear your sexy like you paid for it because you did! In the gym, in the yard, in the basement, outside, at the park...You paid for it in sweat! Be your sexy! #justmytakeonthings
